Promotional Terms & Conditions

Our documented opening offer is 15% off qualifying orders of USD $129 or more with code OPEN15, only while the promotion is active and accepted at checkout. We also offer free standard shipping on qualifying merchandise orders of USD $199 or more. Offers and final amounts must always match what is clearly disclosed at checkout.

1. About these promotional terms

These Promotional Terms & Conditions explain discounts, promotional codes and free-shipping offers communicated by RAINVELLA LLC through rainvella.com (the “Store”). They apply to consumer purchases made in the destinations supported by our Shipping Policy. A specific promotion may have additional clearly disclosed terms on its product page, banner, email, advertisement or checkout screen.

Only an offer that is actually advertised as active, available for the relevant products and destination, and accepted at checkout may be redeemed. This page explains the terms documented as of its update date; it does not represent that a limited-time promotion will be available indefinitely. In the event of a conflict, the clearly disclosed terms applicable to the specific promotion and the confirmed order apply, subject to mandatory consumer law. We do not add undisclosed restrictions after a qualifying order has been accepted.

2. Current documented offers

There is no currently documented active gift-with-purchase offer in our standard promotional rules. We do not currently sell gift cards or operate a loyalty-points or paid-membership discount program. Any separate email sign-up or first-order offer must state its own amount, qualifying conditions and redemption rules where advertised; signing up does not automatically qualify a shopper for OPEN15 or for an undisclosed additional discount.

3. Qualifying amounts and eligible products

The opening offer requires a qualifying order amount of at least USD $129. The free-standard-shipping threshold is USD $199 in merchandise value. Delivery costs do not count toward the free-shipping merchandise threshold. The applicable items and threshold calculation must be reflected in the promotion's disclosure and the actual checkout total; taxes, other discounts or currency conversion must not cause an undisclosed change to the eligibility rule.

We have not established a universal rule in this policy for whether every promotional code can be combined with every other discount, or whether the $199 threshold is evaluated before or after the OPEN15 price reduction. Those details must be stated clearly for an overlapping promotion and consistently implemented in checkout before we advertise the combination. No customer should be charged an unexpected delivery fee based on an unpublished calculation method.

Some goods or product variations may be excluded from a particular event only when the exclusion is made clear before purchase. Discounted, clearance and sale goods are not automatically excluded from our standard voluntary return policy solely because of their price.

4. How to use a promotion code

1. Add eligible items to the shopping cart and check the delivery destination.
2. Enter the exact promotional code in the available coupon or promotional-code field before completing checkout.
3. Check that the discount is visibly applied to the order and that the final item prices, shipping charges, currency and total are correct.
4. Complete the order only after reviewing the final amount. Keep the order confirmation for your records.

For the opening offer, enter OPEN15 when its qualifying promotion is active. Typing a code does not itself create a discount unless checkout shows that it has been applied. We cannot guarantee that an expired, inapplicable, mistyped or no-longer-active code will work. If the checkout does not reflect the offer as advertised, contact us before placing the order so we can check the advertised conditions. We will review a properly documented discrepancy fairly; any correction after an order is accepted remains subject to applicable law and the actual confirmed order.

5. Combining offers and multiple discounts

Different offers may have different combination rules. Do not assume that two percentage discounts or promotional codes can be stacked. If an offer allows or prohibits combination with another promotion, that rule should be clear in the offer details before purchase and reflected in the checkout calculation.

Free standard shipping and a merchandise discount are different types of benefit. An eligible shopper may receive both if the final disclosed conditions and checkout permit both; the USD $199 threshold must be calculated in the way disclosed for that combination. If the Store cannot apply an advertised eligible combination, please contact us before payment. We do not impose a secret one-code-per-customer, one-time-only, or non-stackability rule unless it was actually disclosed for the relevant offer.

6. Promotion duration and availability

Where a promotion states a start or end date, it follows the dates and any time zone specified in that promotional announcement. Our customer service business hours use Central Time (CST/CDT; America/Chicago), but that does not create an unstated expiry time for an offer. If an announcement does not state an end date, the offer remains subject to its displayed active status, available eligible inventory, and the terms shown at the time of checkout.

We may stop advertising or accepting new redemptions for a genuinely limited promotion after it ends or stock becomes unavailable. We will not retroactively remove an otherwise valid applied discount from an order that we have already accepted because the promotion subsequently expired. Advertised countdown timers, stock notices or “limited time” descriptions must reflect genuine conditions and must not give misleading urgency.

7. Prices, currencies, taxes and shipping

Our Store may automatically display prices in a local currency. Promotion thresholds stated in USD are evaluated using the amount and currency conversion actually disclosed at checkout. Before payment, you should be shown the final charge amount and currency, item-level or order-level discount, shipping option and any taxes collected by us. Banks and card issuers may independently apply conversion or foreign transaction charges.

For orders below the free-standard-shipping threshold, our published standard shipping charge is USD $8.99. Where offered, expedited shipping is USD $12.99 and replaces the standard shipping charge rather than being added on top of it. The USD $199 benefit covers standard shipping only; choosing expedited shipping does not become free because an order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Any applicable import duties or carrier customs-clearance charges not collected at checkout are addressed separately in our Shipping Policy; a discount code does not automatically waive them. The final price and any material non-included costs must be communicated clearly before the purchase, as required by applicable law.

8. Cancelled orders and order changes

If you successfully cancel an entire order before shipment, we refund the full amount actually paid, including any standard or expedited shipping charge we collected. No cancellation penalty applies. We normally initiate the refund within 1–3 business days after confirming the cancellation, ordinarily no later than 7 calendar days, subject to any earlier legal deadline. The payment provider or bank determines when funds appear in your account.

For a cancellation involving only some items, we calculate the amount refunded using the affected items' actual discounted amounts and any allocated order-level discount. We do not automatically charge the original USD $8.99 standard shipping fee retroactively simply because the remaining order no longer reaches the original USD $199 free-shipping threshold. If the order cannot be intercepted after carrier handover, our Order Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy apply; a promo code does not eliminate statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

If an accepted order is adjusted or substituted at the customer's request, we explain the revised price and any change to eligibility before obtaining consent and charging any additional amount. We do not automatically reapply an expired promotion to a completely new order unless the new offer expressly allows it.

9. Returns, exchanges and refunds on sale items

Our documented voluntary return offer gives eligible shoppers 30 calendar days after the applicable delivery date to request a return, subject to product-condition requirements; after receiving complete approved voluntary-return instructions, the dispatch deadline is 7 calendar days. This voluntary dispatch deadline does not shorten mandatory statutory withdrawal or defective-goods remedies. For applicable EU statutory withdrawal, the return-dispatch period is generally 14 days after giving the withdrawal notice.

A returned product is refunded based on the amount actually paid for that product after its applicable discount, not on a crossed-out, undiscounted or later price. Where an order-level discount covered multiple products, we allocate the order discount appropriately to determine the refund on a partial return. A partial return does not retroactively trigger a standard shipping charge that was waived when the original order was placed.

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, missing or not as described, the relevant consumer remedies remain available even if it was purchased on sale. Who pays return shipping and whether the original standard delivery charge is reimbursed depend on the reason, the relevant return policy and mandatory law. We do not require customers to accept store credit, a new coupon or a gift card instead of money where a monetary refund is due.

10. Pricing errors, misuse and fair application

We may investigate a clearly erroneous price or discount caused by a genuine technical, entry or checkout error, or a substantiated attempt to abuse a promotion through fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment or automated bulk activity. If a material pricing error is identified, we will explain the issue, seek the customer's agreement to any corrected offer where appropriate, or cancel the affected unfulfilled item and refund amounts already paid in accordance with the applicable order terms and law. We will not silently increase the total of an accepted order or collect an extra amount without consent.

Normal consumer shopping, gift purchases and reasonable repeated purchases are not by themselves promotional abuse. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to cancel legitimate completed orders solely because a lawful promotional discount was used. Any anti-fraud check must be based on actual risk and respect applicable consumer and privacy laws.

11. United States, EU and Norway: consumer protections

In the United States, advertisements and promotional representations must be truthful, substantiated and not misleading. Important eligibility terms and costs should be disclosed before purchase rather than hidden only in this page.

For relevant EU Member States, announcements that goods are being reduced in price may require the display of the lowest price charged during at least the preceding 30 days as the prior reference price, subject to local implementations and any applicable exceptions. We must maintain accurate pricing records and make required price information visible in the actual product listing or promotion; this page alone does not satisfy those display obligations. Country-specific marketing and price-display rules may vary. Norway is not an EU Member State but has its own mandatory consumer pricing and marketing requirements, which will be respected where applicable.

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal, legal guarantee or remedies for non-conforming goods. Any mandatory language, consumer information or local market rule prevails over inconsistent general wording.

12. No other ongoing promotions are promised

These Terms do not create a standing entitlement to gift-with-purchase items, bundles, exclusive member prices, a price-match or price-adjustment program, loyalty points, gift cards, free trials or subscription discounts. We do not currently advertise those as permanent store programs. If we introduce a particular campaign in the future, we will communicate its specific eligibility, included products, start/end conditions, combination rules, returns treatment and relevant restrictions before purchase.

Past offers and coupon codes do not automatically apply to future orders. We may update future campaign terms, but will not retroactively reduce statutory consumer rights or remove a discount validly included in an accepted order solely through a later website-policy edit.

13. Help, questions and related policies

For questions about an advertised offer, a code not applying, free shipping, an incorrect checkout total or a post-purchase promotional dispute, contact us and include the offer screenshot or wording, the relevant product(s), the checkout total and any order number.
