Returns & Exchanges

You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. For approved voluntary returns, dispatch the parcel within seven calendar days after receiving complete instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. Photos can help us review your request but are not always required. Reporting shipping damage or missing contents within 48 hours is helpful but does not limit your legal rights.
