MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION
Built from a substantial 530-gram fabric with a 100% PVC rubberized coating over a 52% cotton and 48% polyester base. The heavier construction creates a structured feel, while double-welded seams strengthen weather protection across key joining points.
FIT & WEAR
Cut in a straight fit with enough room for comfortable movement and light layering underneath. The structured fabric helps the jacket maintain a clean shape, while the adjustable hood and ventilated underarms improve comfort through changing weather.
CARE & STORAGE
For light dirt, wipe gently with a damp cloth and soap. When deeper cleaning is needed, machine wash at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle using liquid detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Hang to dry and store hanging in a cool, dry place away from materials that may transfer color.
Order Processing
Order preparation normally takes 1–2 calendar days after successful payment and order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Weekends, holidays, inventory checks, or operational delays may affect when your order is handed over to the carrier.
Estimated Delivery
After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within supported contiguous U.S. destinations and 2–5 business days to supported European destinations. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, holidays, and carrier conditions may cause delays.

Standard shipping costs USD $8.99. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying merchandise orders of USD $199 or more to supported destinations, based on the qualifying subtotal shown at checkout. Where available, expedited shipping costs USD $12.99 and is not included in the free standard shipping offer. Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Updates
Once your order has shipped and a tracking number becomes available, we will send the carrier and tracking details to your email address. The first tracking update normally appears within 24–48 hours, although weekends, holidays, or peak periods may cause delays. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Items should be in good condition, unwashed, and unused beyond reasonable inspection or trying on, with essential accessories and tags included where practical. Please contact info@rainvella.com for return instructions before sending anything back. For approved voluntary returns, dispatch the parcel within seven calendar days after receiving complete instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, please contact info@rainvella.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us review your request but are not always required. Reporting shipping damage or missing contents within 48 hours is helpful but does not limit your legal rights. For confirmed errors or defects, we cover necessary reasonable return and replacement costs and provide the applicable remedy.
