Designed for everyday commuting with a cleaner, more structured look, this expandable backpack combines practical storage with a lightweight carry. The top section opens up for extra room when needed, while dedicated laptop storage and separate access pockets help keep work essentials organized throughout the day. Finished in Classic Black for an understated, versatile appearance.

KEY FEATURES

Expandable top design provides additional space when your daily load increases
Dedicated compartment fits laptops up to 15.6 inches
Two front pockets offer quick access to smaller everyday essentials
Hidden back pocket keeps valuables in a more discreet position while commuting
Side-entry pocket adds convenient access without opening the main compartment

MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION

Made from a combination of PU and Oxford fabric with a water-resistant exterior designed for everyday wet-weather use. The interior features a soft velvet lining around key storage areas, helping protect devices and frequently carried items from everyday abrasion.

CARRY & COMFORT

The 41 × 31 × 11 cm profile keeps the backpack relatively slim for city commuting, while the expandable top adds flexibility when extra capacity is needed. At approximately 0.85 kg, it remains manageable for regular work, study, and daily travel.

CARE & STORAGE

Wipe the exterior gently with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner when needed. Avoid machine washing, bleach, harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to high heat. Allow the backpack to dry fully before storing and keep it in a cool, dry place.

Orders ship within 48 business hours. 30-day returns.

Order Processing

Order preparation normally takes 1–2 calendar days after successful payment and order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Weekends, holidays, inventory checks, or operational delays may affect when your order is handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within supported contiguous U.S. destinations and 2–5 business days to supported European destinations. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, holidays, and carrier conditions may cause delays.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Standard shipping costs USD $8.99. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying merchandise orders of USD $199 or more to supported destinations, based on the qualifying subtotal shown at checkout. Where available, expedited shipping costs USD $12.99 and is not included in the free standard shipping offer. Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Updates

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number becomes available, we will send the carrier and tracking details to your email address. The first tracking update normally appears within 24–48 hours, although weekends, holidays, or peak periods may cause delays. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Items should be in good condition, unwashed, and unused beyond reasonable inspection or trying on, with essential accessories and tags included where practical. Please contact info@rainvella.com for return instructions before sending anything back. For approved voluntary returns, dispatch the parcel within seven calendar days after receiving complete instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, please contact info@rainvella.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us review your request but are not always required. Reporting shipping damage or missing contents within 48 hours is helpful but does not limit your legal rights. For confirmed errors or defects, we cover necessary reasonable return and replacement costs and provide the applicable remedy.
