Dedicated compartments accommodate up to a 17.3-inch laptop and 12.9-inch tablet
Multiple front, interior, side, and hidden pockets help keep daily essentials organized

MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION

Constructed from durable 600D water-resistant Oxford fabric to help protect everyday contents from light rain and splashes. A structured multi-compartment layout combines secure zipper storage with convenient magnetic-access details, while reinforced carrying components support regular daily use.

CARRY & COMFORT

The 45 × 32 × 15 cm body keeps the backpack manageable for everyday use while the expandable design provides additional room when required. Adjustable shoulder straps extend from approximately 45–95 cm, and the chest buckle helps keep the pack steadier while walking or commuting.

CARE & STORAGE

Wipe the exterior gently with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner when needed. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, machine washing, and excessive heat. Allow the backpack to air dry completely before storing, and keep it in a cool, dry place with the compartments open if moisture remains inside.

Orders ship within 48 business hours. 30-day returns.

Order Processing

Order preparation normally takes 1–2 calendar days after successful payment and order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Weekends, holidays, inventory checks, or operational delays may affect when your order is handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within supported contiguous U.S. destinations and 2–5 business days to supported European destinations. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, holidays, and carrier conditions may cause delays.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Standard shipping costs USD $8.99. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying merchandise orders of USD $199 or more to supported destinations, based on the qualifying subtotal shown at checkout. Where available, expedited shipping costs USD $12.99 and is not included in the free standard shipping offer. Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Updates

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number becomes available, we will send the carrier and tracking details to your email address. The first tracking update normally appears within 24–48 hours, although weekends, holidays, or peak periods may cause delays. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Items should be in good condition, unwashed, and unused beyond reasonable inspection or trying on, with essential accessories and tags included where practical. Please contact info@rainvella.com for return instructions before sending anything back. For approved voluntary returns, dispatch the parcel within seven calendar days after receiving complete instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, please contact info@rainvella.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us review your request but are not always required. Reporting shipping damage or missing contents within 48 hours is helpful but does not limit your legal rights. For confirmed errors or defects, we cover necessary reasonable return and replacement costs and provide the applicable remedy.
