Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how RAINVELLA LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on https://rainvella.com and how visitors can choose whether to permit optional tracking. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small browser data files that may be stored for a session or a longer period. Websites and service providers may also use pixels, scripts, local storage and technical identifiers to maintain a cart or account, recognize an existing preference, measure site activity, attribute an advertisement or help prevent fraud. Some technologies are set by our domain; others are provided by external services. A technology can process personal information even if it does not leave an obvious browser cookie.

2. Our consent interface

We use CookieYes to display cookie choices to visitors worldwide. The interface in our documented configuration includes Accept All, Reject All, and Customize choices, with a way to save preferences and revisit them later. Reject All means no optional category is authorized; only technologies genuinely needed to provide essential requested site features remain permitted. Closing the banner, scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent to non-essential tracking. Purchasing from RAINVELLA should remain possible without authorizing advertising cookies.

The five categories represented in the interface are:

Category Purpose Visitor choice
Necessary Shopping cart, checkout, session management, website security and remembering the privacy choice Always active to the extent genuinely necessary
Functional Optional site functionality and preferences beyond essential requests Allow or reject
Analytics Optional analysis of site visits, search or browsing patterns Allow or reject
Performance Optional measurement of site performance and technical experience Allow or reject
Advertisement Optional advertising pixels, conversion measurement, audience or remarketing activity Allow or reject

The category list is not a representation that every conceivable tool in that category is installed. Only technologies actually found and enabled in our site configuration should appear in the live CookieYes declaration. A tool must not be classified as Necessary merely because it benefits marketing.

3. Technologies identified in our current records

CookieYes preference cookie. A necessary first-party preference record commonly named cookieyes-consent stores or communicates whether you have accepted or rejected categories. Its actual technical expiration depends on the deployed CookieYes settings; a cookie's expiration is different from how frequently we request a renewed choice. We aim to ask visitors to review their consent again approximately every six months.

Meta Pixel. Our records identify Meta Pixel as an advertising measurement integration. When its Advertisement category is permitted, it may process relevant page visits, product views, additions to a cart, transactions, online identifiers, IP or browser information and advertising attribution signals. Specific cookie names and lifetimes (such as Meta browser identifiers) depend on the actual deployment and a current site scan and should be displayed in the live cookie declaration rather than guessed here.

Other online advertising or measurement. Our marketing records refer to Google Ads and TikTok-related tools. The actual deployed scripts, event endpoints, cookie names, providers and durations must be verified before their use is described as active. If these technologies are enabled, they must be categorized correctly, included in the live declaration, and blocked or controlled according to legally required consent. We do not treat a marketing platform account or a planned integration as proof that its pixel is active.

Essential store technologies. The WordPress shopping and account environment, CookieYes and relevant payment or fraud-protection mechanisms may use session or security technologies necessary for the relevant transaction. Necessary status must be assessed by purpose and technical behavior, not assigned to advertising scripts.

4. How to grant, refuse or withdraw a choice

On your first visit or after a preference reset, select Accept All, Reject All or Customize. Under Customize, you may select particular optional categories and save your selection. To change your mind later, use the website's Cookie Settings / Revisit Consent control and save the new preference. You may also delete website data in your browser, although that may log you out, clear a cart or cause the banner to return. Cookie choices are specific to a browser or device unless otherwise technically synchronized.

Our consent rule is that optional advertising and analytics technologies must not load before required permission or send new consent-dependent activity after the relevant choice is rejected or withdrawn. This includes browser pixels and any site-controlled server-side marketing event forwarding; merely hiding a cookie while continuing to send the same advertising events is not an effective refusal. Previously received information is not automatically removed by a new cookie choice. For applicable access, objection or deletion rights concerning information already processed, contact info@rainvella.com.

5. Advertising and email are separate choices

Advertisement permission is not required to place an order. Conversely, agreeing to advertising cookies does not automatically sign you up for promotional emails. Newsletter subscriptions have their own signup and unsubscribe choices. You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting info@rainvella.com. Necessary messages about orders, payments, shipping, returns and customer support remain distinct.

6. Third-party sites and payment pages

A payment provider or card issuer may open a separate domain for checkout, account authentication or 3-D Secure verification. Those third parties may operate their own necessary or other technologies subject to their notices and controls. Our on-site CookieYes choices cannot directly govern cookies placed independently on an external website. Cookies on pages and integrations that we control still require the appropriate classification and consent handling.

7. Cookie inventory, duration and updates

Cookies and third-party scripts change as plugins and integrations are updated. We review actual categories, domains, purpose, expiration and triggering conditions through CookieYes scans and technical verification. The website’s current cookie-preference interface is the reference point for site-specific cookie categories and available cookie details. We do not list an unverified identifier or lifespan as if it had been measured on your device. Our documented intention is to renew consent about every six months, and to seek fresh consent before introducing a materially different optional purpose or provider where required. An actual cookie may technically remain on a device longer than that preference-renewal interval, depending on its verified configuration.

8. Privacy requests and contact

If you suspect advertising or analytics tracking continues after rejecting or withdrawing consent, or wish to make a request concerning tracking-related information, email info@rainvella.com with a description of the page, browser and approximate time; do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. We will investigate the site-controlled integration and applicable privacy rights.
